Chairman
Adedeji Oduba is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has held key roles at Meta, P&G, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Control Risks, and currently serves as Regional Security Manager for Africa at American Express. A certified CPP, PSP, and CPO, Adedeji is also Chair of ASIS Chapter 206, Lagos. He holds an MBA, is a trained Mechanical Engineer, and is passionate about mentoring and professional development.
OLUFEMI KAYODE, CPP

OLUFEMI KAYODE, CPP

Vice Chairman
Accomplished Senior Security Manager with 25+ years of experience securing over 2,000 locations across Africa and overseeing $500M in assets. Holds a Master’s in Security & Intelligence Studies, a Law degree, and multiple international certifications. Expert in physical and digital security, crisis response, and cross-cultural leadership across high-risk industries including telecom, oil & gas, and finance.

Secretary
Imeh Udofia is a seasoned Security and Safety Professional, currently the Group CSO at Leadway Assurance. He holds ASIS International’s Triple Crown (CPP, PSP, PCI), is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and NEBOSH certified. With a background in economics and an ongoing MBA, he brings expertise in risk management, intelligence, and security operations across Nigeria and West Africa.

Treasurer
Stella Okoh, CPP, PCI, PSP is a certified security and finance professional with over 15 years of corporate experience. She is the General Manager, Finance & Administration at Mantra Protection Solutions. A Certified Management Accountant and fraud examiner, Stella brings expertise in security management, risk, and financial crime prevention. She has received notable recognitions including Young Security Professional of the Year 2023 and Best Female Security Personality of the Year 2024 from ASIS Lagos Chapter.
